1) HOW DO WE GET STARTED?

We will provide a sketch and a budgetary estimate
that will assist in deciding on the look that you desire.

2) CAN YOU RECOMMEND A DESIGNER?

Yes, we have several Exterior Building Design Architects as well as Interior Designers that we have worked with, quite successfully in the past.

3) WHAT APPROVAL IS NEEDED?

If the project increases the overall sq. ft. of living
space and or is a significant improvement within
the interior of the home, we are required to submit
the project for review with the RDRC. We also
register all projects with the TRCC. (A State Law)

4) HOW LONG DOES THE APPROVAL TAKE?

Normal turn around after submission is within a 2 – 3 week period. We will assist you with the proper paper work. Timing and correctness are always the key to success in this process.

5) CAN WE REMAIN ON THE PROPERTY DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS?

Yes in most cases. It may be your choice to be off site during the most intense periods of demo and framing. Please remember, our specialty is to make the job site livable for you during the total project.

6) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Most projects can be completed within a very short period. Some additions to your home may take a little longer. It is our intention to make the construction period as short as possible, considering the overall scope of the project.
