The best way to determine the overall scope of the project, is to translate your ideas, along with the input from one of our designer’s in a concept sketch or drawing that provides you with a perspective on the overall project.

We will provide a very detailed Budgetary Estimate after the concept has been determined. From this Budgetary proposal, we can then refine the total scope of the project to include all of the items that you wish to include.

We will assist in submitting the final drawings / sketches to the RDRC for approval as they relate to the neighborhood covenants and general specifications for The Woodlands Villages.

We will begin the construction after all items have been approved by the RDRC (if applicable) and we have received their package to proceed. The process of construction will be handled in a timely and controlled manner with all work being preformed by skilled and licensed craftsman in all areas. The overall project will be inspected by RDRC approved inspectors at various points during the construction phase to insure that all design & code specifications have been met.
